Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. in Omaha, NE, is seeking a reliable Night Auditor to join our hotel team, overseeing overnight front desk operations, guest check-ins and check-outs, and daily financial tasks to ensure smooth hotel operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and experience with hotel reservation systems and MS Office. Overnight shifts, weekends and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Prior night auditing or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage high-volume workload.
• Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and hotel reservation software.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Must work overnights, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, including handling guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Answer phone calls and respond to online inquiries promptly.
• Handle guest requests.
• Assist with check-in/check-out processes and payments, issue keys.
• Complete daily financial tasks, reconcile guest ledger, and prepare shift reports.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Perform light cleaning duties and restock supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at our hotel. The Night Auditor will be responsible for managing the front desk during the overnight shift, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and completing daily financial and operational tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, including handling guest check-ins and check-outs
• Answer phone calls and respond to online inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Handle guest requests
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and issuing keys
• Complete daily financial and operational tasks, such as reconciling the guest ledger and completing shift reports
• Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Perform light cleaning duties, such as wiping down counters and restocking supplies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a night auditor or in a customer service role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
• Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and reservation management systems such as Hotel Key.
