Job summary

New Bedford Harbor Hotel, part of Lafrance Hospitality, seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day hotel operations and maximize guest satisfaction and profitability.

This role provides leadership, coaching, and operational support across Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage, with responsibilities assigned by the General Manager. Weekend and holiday availability required, pay $20–$23 per hour, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing hotel operations.
• Strong guest service orientation.
• Ability to coach and train staff.
• Availability for weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for departments as assigned by the General Manager.
• Monitor and analyze guest satisfaction scores with staff and management, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure guest reviews are responded to promptly and professionally.
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest and employee needs, concerns, and requests.
• Assists with food and beverage as needed in the 222 Cafe.
• Support the onboarding and training of new team members.
• Help where needed to maintain smooth hotel operations.
