- Oversee staffing, training and engagement across departments.
- Conduct weekly operations reviews and monthly financial forecasts.
- Maintain PCI compliance and ensure high service standards.
- Develop managers for advancement and ensure policy compliance.
- Manage vendor relations, invoices, and budget processes.
