Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in the Revenue Management field as manager or senior analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hotel or Hospitality Management or closely related field.
• Hilton experience with Hilton systems knowledge preferred (ONQ R&I and GRO).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
• Ability to work quickly in a high-pressure & high stress environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Flexibility to work long hours when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.

Responsibilities

• Establish hotel pricing levels in all segments.
• Daily room inventory management and pricing process.
• Monitor competitor rates and market dynamics; present action plans.
• Communicate occupancy fluctuations to operations to adjust staffing.
• Analyze local events and market opportunities to forecast revenue.
• Prepare annual Rooms revenue budget and periodic forecasts.
• Lead Revenue Strategy meetings and present quarterly ownership updates.
• Maintain distribution channels with accurate content and pricing.
