Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking an Operations Manager OEM for City Express Santa Ana Orange County Airport. The role oversees hotel operations, with a focus on guest satisfaction, cost control, and profit generation.

Strong supervisory experience and brand SOP adherence are essential. Position notes include potential relocation for advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package once hired into a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in Rooms or F&B department in a hotel (or equivalent).
• Experience supervising teams in hotel operations.
• Familiarity with brand standards and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest and employee interactions in a courteous, service-oriented manner.
• Ensure regular attendance per hotel standards and schedule.
• Supervise Housekeeping, Engineering/Maintenance, F&B, and Front Office functions as needed.
• Assist General Manager with financial reporting and occupancy management.
• Participate in MOD coverage and training to maintain service standards.
• Support recruitment, hiring, and training for Guest Services as occupancy requires.
• Lead weekly Front Desk meetings to manage oversell and guest satisfaction.
