Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) and handle check-ins and reservations.
• Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Conduct regular security walks and maintain a calm, safe presence for guests.
• Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insight.
• Collaborate with other departments to keep operations smooth during overnight hours.
• Utilize Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing to solve problems independently.
