Job summary

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hayward, operated by Aimbridge Hospitality, seeks an Operations Manager OEM to supervise hotel back-of-house departments in the GM's absence and drive profitability through cost control and guest satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in Rooms or F&B, or a 4-year degree with relevant experience, and a proven supervisory track record. Overtime applies for OEM roles; benefits follow after an initial waiting period.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in a Rooms or F&B department, or a 4-year degree with 1–2 years in Rooms/F&B, or a 2-year degree with 2+ years in Rooms/F&B.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest and employee interactions in a courteous, service-focused manner.
• Maintain regular attendance per Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
• Assist in creating financial reports and meet corporate deadlines.
• Provide MOD coverage as scheduled and support department heads.
• Lead training across departments and promote a team-oriented environment.
