Qualifications

• Must be able to supervise multiple departments (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance).
• Experience in hotel operations and managing daily procedures.
• Knowledge of wage surveys and salary guidelines.
• Ability to ensure compliance with brand and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure adherence to hotel and franchise policies.
• Lead monthly department meetings and implement new procedures.
• Resolve guest complaints and employee issues.
• Supervise housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance staff.
• Provide training on safety and standard operating procedures.
• Assist General Manager in wage scale surveys and hiring decisions.
• Oversee inventory, linens, and guest supplies.
• Report maintenance repairs and log updates.
• Ensure high quality room standards through inspections.
