Fairfield Inn & Suites Avon is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily hotel operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will partner with the General Manager to drive service standards, respond to guest needs, and support financial performance.

The role requires hotel management experience and a hospitality degree, with a focus on teamwork, communication, and maintaining a welcoming, professional environment for guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel operations management or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and guest-experience focus.
• Knowledge of budgets, P&L and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in all aspects of hotel operations and staff management.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and service standards.
• Handle guest complaints and oversee service recovery.
• Manage budget to meet revenue and guest-satisfaction goals.
• Collaborate with department managers to maximize revenue and occupancy.
