LAZ Parking’s Hospitality Manager role within the LAZ Hospitality silo oversees hotel financial, operational, safety and service performance across assigned properties. You will lead a team, drive revenue, manage budgets and ensure client expectations are met through strong leadership and process discipline.

This position emphasizes training, staff development and relationship building with hotel partners. You’ll collaborate with regional teams, monitor service metrics, and uphold safety

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in hospitality or related field.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred (Parking, Hotels, Restaurants).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for financial, operational, safety, and service success at their hotel(s).
• Managing, planning, scheduling, training, and directing the activities of team members.
• Ensure increased revenue, controlled expenses, and customer satisfaction through safety and service initiatives.
• Additional duties as assigned.
