Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily hotel operations and leadership activities
• Lead with a primary focus on Guest Services and Housekeeping performance and standards
• Provide support to Food & Beverage during hotel complimentary service hours
• Coach, train, and develop team members across departments
• Staffing oversight, scheduling coordination, and labor management
• Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement improvement actions
• Conduct property walks to ensure cleanliness, safety, and brand compliance
• Foster a positive, service-driven culture focused on accountability and teamwork
