Job summary

Avion Hospitality’s South Padre Island property seeks an on-site Manager on Duty to supervise Guest Services, F&B and supporting departments in the General Manager's absence. You will focus on guest satisfaction, brand standards, and smooth operations to protect profitability.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in hotel Rooms or F&B, supervisory experience, and Windows OS proficiency. You will mentor teams, participate in revenue programs, and ensure compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive hotel Rooms or F&B experience.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Proficient in Windows Operating Systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Guest Services, F&B, Housekeeping and other departments in GM/Manager on Duty absence.
• Assist in revenue generation programs and participate in sales calls with the Sales Team.
• Develop managerial and hourly staff through training programs and bi-weekly one-on-ones with Department Heads.
• Ensure training in service standards across departments and adherence to SOPs.
• Maintain attendance and appearance in line with Avion Hospitality standards.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment focused on guest satisfaction.
