The candidate should have at least 5 years in hospitality, supervisory experience, and proficiency with Windows and standard office software; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests and ensure satisfaction; follow up to resolve issues.
• Motivate, coach, and discipline Front Desk staff per SOPs.
• Maximize room revenue and monitor occupancy daily.
• Conduct Front Desk interviews and performance appraisals.
• Oversee Night Audit and ensure accurate reporting.
