As GM, you will oversee operations, budgets, forecasting, and brand compliance, while partnering with Sales to maximize revenue and cultivate strong community relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of GM experience in a branded hotel.
• Marriott brand experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Experience managing hotel budgets, forecasting, and revenue strategies.
• Ability to inspire teams while maintaining operational excellence.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
