Excel Hotel Group in Chatsworth is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel operations for Residence Inn Chatsworth, driving revenue, guest satisfaction, and staff performance.

You will coordinate front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B, implement standards, coach new associates, and report to the General Manager. The role requires flexibility, a strong presence, and a commitment to growth from within.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 2 year(s) of supervisory experience.
• This position reports to: General Manager
• Must have experience at properties of similar size and quality.

Responsibilities

• Position will be responsible for supervising/managing/overseeing the following departments: Front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and Food and Beverage.
• Ensure guest and associate satisfaction and efficient hotel operations
• Position will be required to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Implement standards and operating procedures. Coach and train new associates
