The ideal candidate will show strong leadership, operational know-how, and a hospitality degree, with 3–5 years in hotel management and proficiency in hotel software and MS Office.

Base salary ranges $45,000–$65,000 per year, plus performance incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years in hotel management or similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with hotel management software and MS Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Oversee hotel operations with focus on front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction through service excellence.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Lead and mentor department heads and staff.
• Collaborate on sales and marketing plans.
• Maintain safety compliance and emergency procedures.
