Ram Hotels in Columbus, GA is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations and to lead daily activities, drive guest satisfaction, manage staff performance, and ensure financial profitability.

The ideal candidate will maintain high service standards across departments, develop budgets, monitor revenue metrics, and build relationships with guests and corporate partners to sustain occupancy and RevPAR growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of hotel management experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, and customer service.
• Experience with hotel management software and PMS systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and guest services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and local regulations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor operational efficiency and implement process improvements.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department managers and hotel staff.
• Foster a positive, professional, and service-oriented work environment.
• Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.
• Manage staffing schedules and labor costs.
• Address guest concerns and resolve escalated issues promptly.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently maintained.
• Monitor guest feedback and online reviews to improve service quality.
• Develop and manage hotel budgets.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, payroll, and profitability.
• Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Drive occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR goals.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and local businesses.
• Identify opportunities for growth and market expansion.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, labor, and licensing regulations.
• Maintain security and emergency procedures.
• Oversee property maintenance and vendor relationships.
