Job summary

• Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain guest loyalty through personal connections.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop team members; manage performance issues.
• Support accounting tasks and department reporting; monitor budgets and spend.
• Ensure quality standards, safety, and controls over supplies, keys, and cash handling.
