Job summary

Ensemble's Pasadena property is seeking an Operations Manager to lead routine hotel operations and supervise front office, housekeeping, and F&B. You will report to the General Manager and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating training, enforcing SOPs, and supporting departmental heads to optimize profitability and service quality. This role requires 1–2 years of supervisory work and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of management or supervisory experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• High School education or equivalent.
• OPERA experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office, F&B, and Housekeeping operations to ensure SOP compliance.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and hotel profitability in the manager's absence.
• Coordinate training and development of associates.
• Participate in weekly Operations meetings and safety programs.
