Qualifications

• Five years’ experience supervising at least 15 associates.
• Three years’ experience in hotel management, including managing budgets.
• Prior experience working in Hilton or Marriott family of hotels preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all hotel areas including Front Office and Food Service.
• Manage new hire processes and ensure completion of required paperwork.
• Ensure hotel staff adhere to company rules and monitor communication between departments.
