Homewood Suites by Hilton Pittsburgh-Southpointe is seeking a Maintenance & Property Operation professional to oversee hotel service areas, from refrigeration to electrical systems, ensure preventive maintenance, and supervise associates. The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and budget adherence.

You will coordinate with departments, schedule work, and supervise staff while maintaining guest service standards and timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English to communicate with guests, associates and vendors.
• Experience supervising associates, hiring, termination, discipline and evaluations.
• Strong mathematical and computer skills for reporting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel operations including refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, and electrical systems.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs per brand standards.
• Supervise and mentor assigned associates; schedule work, order materials, and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate activities with other departments and track projects to specification."
• Ensure life safety systems and emergency equipment are maintained; comply with OSHA, EPA, fire codes and local regulations.
• Prepare and maintain required records, inspections and certifications.
• Assist with design and preparation of statistical reports and presentations.
