Job summary

Highgate Hotels Hawaii is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the Kaimana Beach Hotel to drive profitability through revenue management, cost control, guest satisfaction and staff development.

You will lead multiple departments, oversee housekeeping, front office, security and facilities, ensure PCI compliance, and partner with HR and operations to deliver Highgate standards and yearly financial targets.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of progressive hotel management experience at Department Head or Director level.
• Proficiency in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily stand-up meetings across departments to coordinate operations.
• Oversee Housekeeping, Front Office, Security, and Oceanarium operations.
• Ensure PCI compliance and maintain departmental SOPs.
• Prepare annual and monthly financial reviews with department heads.
• Develop managers through training and succession planning.
• Engage with HR on associate programs, issues and investigations.
