Ideal candidates have 6+ years in progressive hotel management, strong budgeting skills, and proficiency with Windows/Excel/Word.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive hotel management experience, preferably at department head or director level.
• Proficient in Windows, Company-approved spreadsheets and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily stand-up meetings with all departments to review activities and ensure communication.
• Oversee housekeeping for cleanliness and staffing, ensuring prompt guest service.
• Coordinate with Director of Rooms for Front Office operations and guest flow.
• Supervise Security, Safety, and PCI compliance; ensure proper training records.
• Develop managers through training programs and competency development.
• Participate in budget processes, capital requests, and financial reviews.
• Engage with HR on associate programs and union relations as needed.
• Interact with clients and guests in public areas to support sales and guest satisfaction.
