Job summary

Highgate Hotels, LP seeks an Assistant General Manager for Kaimana Beach Hotel in Honolulu. The role focuses on driving profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction and staff development, while upholding brand standards and safety protocols.

You will collaborate with department heads, monitor operations, mentor managers, and ensure timely financial reporting and compliance with SOPs at the property.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of progressive hotel management experience, preferably at a Director level.
• Proficiency in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily stand-ups with all departments and review hotel activities.
• Oversee housekeeping, front office, security, and safety programs.
• Manage budget, payroll, and inventory in line with SOPs.
• Coordinate with HR on staffing, training, and development.
• Ensure PCI compliance and adherence to brand standards.
