Resolute Road Hospitality’s Holiday Inn & Suites in Astoria, Oregon seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations with guest satisfaction at the core. You’ll support the General Manager, foster teamwork, and ensure smooth execution across departments.

This role emphasizes integrity, accountability, and a culture of service excellence; you’ll manage labor, budgets, and revenue tactics while building guest relationships and strong teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality.
• Previous hotel brand experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and front desk departments.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards while maintaining Resolute Road Hospitality’s culture.
• Lead with integrity, empathy, and accountability.
• Build a culture of service excellence, teamwork, and empowerment.
• Partner with the General Manager to set and communicate goals and expectations.
• Monitor labor and expenses to optimize property performance.
• Support strategic plans to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire, and train top talent with focus on culture fit and growth.
• Conduct regular department meetings to align teams and celebrate successes.
