Hyatt Regency Greenville is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the hotel’s day-to-day performance across Rooms, Food & Beverage, and support areas. You will guide department heads, monitor financials, and drive guest satisfaction with strategic improvements.

The role requires a college degree in hotel administration and 2-3 years of management experience in a comparable property, with fluency in English. This is a fulltime on-site leadership position.

Qualifications

• College degree in hotel administration preferred.
• 2-3 years' experience or equivalent in Rooms and Food & Beverage in a hotel of similar size.
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B outlets, Banquets, and Culinary departments; set objectives and supervise department heads.
• Analyze day-to-day operation reports, financial statements, and labor costs.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve service goals and associate productivity.
• Ensure thorough orientation and ongoing training for new associates.
