Qualifications

• College degree in hotel administration preferred; 2–3 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and manager experience in both Rooms and Food & Beverage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B, Banquets and Culinary departments; set objectives and measure performance.
• Analyze day-to-day operation reports, financial statements, and labor costs.
• Motivate and develop associates; maximize productivity and satisfaction of direct reports.
