Qualifications

• Two years related management experience, and hotel brand knowledge.
• Extensive experience with rooms, housekeeping and food and beverage.
• Working knowledge of hotel operations including security and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the facility operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Manage front office operations and supervise front desk staff.
• Resolve guest concerns while maintaining high Guest Service scores.
