Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager for a premium select-service hotel near Southern Pines, NC. The role partners with the General Manager to drive operational excellence, develop team members, and ensure exceptional guest stays.

The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years in hotel leadership, strong guest service standards, staffing and scheduling skills, and hands-on leadership. Marriott-brand experience and a track record of improving guest satisfaction are a plus.
