Staybridge Suites Naples - Marco Island is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily hotel operations across all departments, aligning with guest experience and revenue goals. You will lead a service-driven team, manage scheduling, HR duties, and coordinate with sales to optimize profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management.
• Minimum 2 years in a Front Office/assistant GM or similar leadership role in hotel ops.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory hotel role with front desk, housekeeping, and basic F&B.
• Brand experience with Hilton, Marriott, or comparable full-service hotels is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and maintain guest service excellence.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to multitask in a fast-paced env.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily property walks to ensure a clean, guest-ready environment across all hotel areas.
• Oversee daily hotel operations with General Manager to ensure brand standards and excellence.
• Hire, onboard, train, and coach associates to build a service-driven team.
• Monitor performance, conduct reviews, and recognize achievements.
• Perform basic accounting functions: AP/AR, deposits, petty cash, night audit oversight.
• HR responsibilities: recruitment support, leave tracking, compliance, confidential records.
