Job summary

TEXAS WESTERN MANAGEMENT PARTNERS is seeking a proactive leader to oversee hotel front desk operations at Homewood Suites Dallas Downtown. You will supervise staff, ensure top guest service, and coordinate with sales and marketing teams to maximize revenue.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, a track record in hotel operations, and a readiness to step in as General Manager when needed. This position offers full-time hours at a busy downtown property with emphasis on standards compliance

Qualifications

• Experience supervising hotel front desk operations or similar supervisory roles.
• Willingness to advance into a General Manager position.
• Ability to train staff on hotel amenities and local information.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Desk staff and department operations (hiring, terminations, evaluations).
• Schedule staff to maintain adequate coverage and comply with labor standards.
• Train staff to maximize guest service and knowledge of hotel amenities, local area, dining, events.
• Select staff and complete new hire paperwork.
• Monitor RevPAR and revenue management systems to stay competitive.
• Review performance and conduct disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain accurate records (cash flow, direct bill accounts, receipts, registrations).
• Conduct staff meetings and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Resolve guest complaints and employee issues.
• Perform GM duties in absence; cover shifts as needed.
• Assist with sales, marketing, budgeting, and wage surveys.
