You will supervise staff across housekeeping, F&B, front desk, and banquets, ensuring guest satisfaction and efficient hotel operations.

The role emphasizes service excellence, teamwork, and daily problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of progressive hotel experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license for the state.
• Clear communication and composure under pressure.
• Ability to analyze information and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, service-oriented guest and associate interactions.
• Maintain regular attendance according to hotel standards.
• Uphold grooming and uniform standards.
