Qualifications

• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and basic IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise back-of-house operations to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient hotel operations.
• Maintain attendance, dress standards, and brand procedures.
• Assist General Manager with financial reporting and occupancy management.
• Lead staff training and development; participate in MOD coverage as scheduled.
• Promote a positive, guest-focused team environment and ensure SOP adherence.
