Sleep Inn Midway Airport in Bedford Park, IL is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the guest experience and front desk operations. You will guide the team to ensure smooth check-ins/check-outs, handle reservations and VIP requests, and set a welcoming tone for all guests.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hotel experience with supervisory exposure, a valid driver’s license, and relevant certifications such as Food Handlers or CPR. Daily Pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field helpful.
• 2–3 years progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth; manage smooth check-ins/check-outs, reservations, VIP requests.
• Track logs, messages, and packages; ensure timely handling with professionalism.
• Monitor rates, packages, and promotions to boost room revenue while maintaining value.
• Lead and train associates; address guest concerns and maintain safety/standards.
