Qualifications

• 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing hotel operations across departments (Front Office, Business Center, Recreation/Health Club, Housekeeping, F&B/Culinary, Engineering).
• Lead a team to meet property goals and improve guest and employee satisfaction.
• Ensure standards and procedures are followed and communicate goals to staff.
• Manage scheduling and assist with hour/occupied room targets.
• Perform hourly functions as needed to support operations.
• Provide proactive guest service and timely response to guest needs.

Education

High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area

2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
