Job summary

Schahet Hotels LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to serve as second in command, supporting the GM in daily hotel operations and ensuring brand standards. The AGM leads guest service initiatives, supervises associates, and acts in the GM's absence while maintaining a friendly, professional atmosphere.

Responsibilities include interviewing candidates, assisting with payroll and HR processes, and coordinating with department heads to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest

Qualifications

• College degree in Hospitality management preferred.
• At least two years of hotel experience as a sales manager, guest service manager or operations manager.

Responsibilities

• Answers directly to the General Manager and supervises hotel associates.
• Oversees guest service and ensures procedures meet brand standards and service levels.
• Involved in interviewing candidates and assisting with hiring/separation decisions.
• Manages payroll, human resources and time and labor with the GM and department heads.
• Ensures guest survey scores are above brand standards and takes corrective action when needed.
