Omni Hotels & Resorts in San Antonio seeks a Hotel Manager to join the Executive Committee, guiding guest service, associate relations, profitability, and quality to Omni standards. The role reports directly to the General Manager.

The position requires extensive leadership across Rooms, Food & Beverage, and overall hotel operations, with strong budgeting, forecasting, and people development skills to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years progressive senior leadership experience, with at least two years on an Executive Committee.
• College degree required.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with vendors, community and organizations.
• Excellent technical skills to include MS Office, PMS Opera, Delphi and Oracle.
• Mastery of forecasting, scheduling, payroll, associate relations, budgeting and cost control.

Responsabilités

• Works with the Executive Committee to meet financial, service and employee relation goals.
• Develops and monitors annual strategic plans and budgets.
• Reviews daily operations, forecasts and schedules and takes corrective action as needed.
• Participates in hiring, training, scheduling, and discipline of staff with operations team support.
• Drives a culture of associate engagement and guides department heads and managers.
