ZMC Hotels is seeking an energetic and hands-on Director of Operations at Hampton Inn & Suites Harmarville, PA to oversee day-to-day hotel operations alongside the General Manager. You will coach department managers, maintain brand standards, and focus on guest satisfaction while developing team members and ensuring smooth front desk, housekeeping, breakfast, and maintenance operations.

Responsibilities
