Job summary

ZMC Hotels in Pittsburgh is seeking an Area Sales Coordinator to provide administrative and sales support to the Area Sales Manager for the Hampton Inn & Suites Pittsburgh/Harmarville and TownePlace Suites Pittsburgh Harmarville. You will manage inquiries, draft proposals, contracts, rate sheets, and maintain client records in the CRM.

You will coordinate hotel site visits and client meetings, assist with sales presentations and events, monitor room blocks, and help produce weekly and monthly

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of hotel sales, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with Delphi.fdc/Amadeus CRM, Microsoft Office, and hotel PMS is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales inquiries by phone, email, and brand channels with timely responses.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, rate agreements, group resumes, and other sales docs.
• Maintain accurate client information and sales activity in the CRM.
• Coordinate hotel site tours, client visits, and sales appointments.
• Monitor group room blocks, cutoff dates, and pickup reports to optimize revenue.
• Assist with weekly and monthly sales reports and marketing plan activities.
