Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Bristol is seeking an Assistant Casino Manager to lead a team across Slots and Table Games, delivering premier guest experiences and developing staff.

You will build relationships with players, mentor team members, ensure policy compliance, and manage daily labor while maintaining regulatory standards of the Virginia Lottery.

This role requires strong leadership, background in gaming operations, and the ability to adapt to shift work, holidays, and busy events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years in slot operations and/or table games with 3 years in supervisory role.
• College degree is preferred but not required depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Create an atmosphere that encourages guests to choose Hard Rock Bristol and mentor staff to improve service.
• Ensure compliance with policies and daily operational efficiency across departments.
• Oversee shift activities in Slots and Table Games, coordinating with other managers.
• Address team member and guest concerns professionally while maintaining financial accountability.
• Develop relationships with guests to build loyalty and profitable player segments.
• Manage labor to open/close games and ensure team member satisfaction.
• Ensure safe, clean work environment and proper reporting.
