Mount Holyoke College invites applications for a Hotel Manager to oversee the Willits-Hallowell Conference Center & Hotel, ensuring smooth daily operations, guest satisfaction, and strong financial performance.

The role collaborates with Event Services, college departments, clients, and vendors to coordinate conferences and events. It aims to boost overnight bookings, group business, occupancy, and revenue while aligning hotel operations with the College's hospitality programs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years hotel management experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office & Google suites.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the Willits-Hallowell Conference Center & Hotel.
• Manage property management, POS, reservations, and billing systems.
• Develop staff schedules and supervise front desk and housekeeping.
• Increase overnight bookings and revenue through targeted actions.
• Coordinate events with Event Services and external clients.
• Ensure safety and compliance.
