Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set up, serve, and clean both on-premise and off-premise functions.
• Lift and carry trays weighing up to 30 pounds to and from dining areas.
• Set up, refresh, and service meeting rooms with refreshments and linens as needed.
• Clean up at the conclusion of meetings and events.
• Occasional assistance in setting up function rooms, moving tables and chairs.
• Pack, load, and unload Catering vehicles.
• Work independently, exercise sound judgment, and exhibit initiative.
• Complete opening and closing shift side work.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized.
• Communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
