Job summary

Backroads, Inc. is seeking a Hotel Operations Assistant in Berkeley, CA to ensure data accuracy across our systems and workflows.

You will perform timely data entry, generate reports and contracts, and analyze rate and performance metrics to support partner negotiations. You will collaborate with contract owners and other departments, maintain strong attention to detail, and thrive in a hands-on, collaborative environment within active travel.

Qualifications

• Experience performing data entry and data validation in internal systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and edit contract documents for accuracy and quality.
• Conduct data validation audits in internal systems.
• Support contracting workflow with 850+ hotel partners.
• Collaborate with contract owners to ensure accurate data in systems.
