Job summary

Universal Kids Resort in Frisco, TX is seeking someone to oversee, collect, and report day-to-day operational data across Maximo and other systems. You will liaise between UKR Partners and Tech Services, dispatching teams to property needs and updating internal guides.

The role also involves distributing equipment (radios, keys, phones), maintaining inventory, and ensuring accurate data entry. High school diploma or GED preferred; 1+ year clerical or customer service experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: strong customer service and clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Maximo and Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Outlook).
• Ability to input data accurately into multiple spreadsheets and systems.

Responsibilities

• Receives and dispatches appropriate technical teams for non-emergency and emergency issues across rides, merchandise locations, restaurants, and facilities.
• Compiles daily and weekly reports on park attendance, capacity, ride counts, and security metrics.
• Maintains inventory of assets (radios, cell phones, keys) and distributes equipment; provides operating instructions and troubleshooting.
• Updates departmental phone listings, Daily Snapshots, and Team Member Reference Guides on a regular schedule.
• Participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities per policies and training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
