Job summary

Avocet Hospitality Group's Tides Folly Beach is seeking a Security professional to cover evening shifts, blending night audit, front desk duties and hotel safety to ensure guests feel secure and operations run smoothly.

The role involves patrolling the property, responding to guest requests and incidents, maintaining logs, and coordinating with staff and local authorities as needed. Requires high school or equivalent; 2–4 years in hospitality security; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience: 2–4 years in hospitality security or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and security policies at all times.
• Patrols properties, interior grounds, back of house areas, hallways and parking lots.
• Responds to guest requests quickly and courteously; logs occurrences.
• Respond to accidents; provide first aid/CPR as required and notify authorities.
• Maintain key control and supervise safety of guests and employees.
