POSITION SUMMARY

• Check guests in and out
• manage reservations and process payments
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues
• Complete nightly audits balance accounts and prepare financial reports
• Maintain accurate records and ensure front desk operations run smoothly overnight
• Coordinate with housekeeping and supervise the Night Security Officer

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent; hotel front desk experience required; basic accounting cash handling and PMS experience preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Overnight shifts; frequent standing walking computer use and occasional lifting up to 40 lbs
