Job summary

Seaside Inn Resort in Myrtle Beach is seeking a professional security agent for overnight coverage to protect guests, owners and staff. The role involves independent decision-making and close coordination with all departments to ensure safety and security around the property.

The position requires a flexible schedule, good communication, and the ability to respond to incidents promptly. CPR/First Aid is preferred, with prior security experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• CPR or First Aid certified, preferred.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Must be able to walk 8 hours.
• Must have a Valid SC Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards.
• Call for assistance when needed (police, EMS, fire department, etc.).
• Completes incident reports to document all Loss Prevention related incidents.
• Maintains confidentiality of all Loss Prevention and property reports/documents; releases info only to authorized individuals.
• Performs periodic and random inspections of the building and grounds protecting property from theft, embezzlement, vandalism, fire, and accidents.
• Maintains inspection reports and records; advises management of deficiencies.
• Provides outstanding guest/owner service at all times including answering general inquiries, directions, delivering packages/amenities.
• Patrol the interior and perimeter of the resort to observe risks or undesirable conditions.
• Other requests of management to help co-workers with their job duties.

We are seeking aprofessional, proactive individual that is self-motivated and confident inmaking independent decisions and assisting in ensuring the safety of allguests, owners and team members.The security agent will identifyand report incidents on and around the property. The security agent will workclosely with all departments to ensure the safety of employees and guests.

• Overnight Shift - 11PM - 7AM
