Job summary

MyrtleBeach Seaside Resorts seeks two Courtesy/Security Officers for overnight coverage at our Seaside Resort in Myrtle Beach. The role focuses on proactive safety, incident reporting, and protecting guests, owners, and staff.

Responsibilities include patrols, responding to emergencies, and delivering high-quality guest service. A valid driver's license is required, CPR/First Aid is preferred, and prior security experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Effective communicator with clear instruction delivery.
• Attention to detail in monitoring premises and recording incidents.
• CPR or First Aid certification preferred.
• Previous security experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety and security policies; report maintenance problems and safety hazards.
• Call for assistance when needed (police, EMS, fire department, etc.).
• Complete incident reports to document Loss Prevention related incidents.
• Maintain confidentiality of all Loss Prevention and property reports; release information only to authorized individuals.
• Perform inspections of building and grounds to protect property from theft, embezzlement, vandalism, fire, and accidents.
• Provide outstanding guest/owner service and assist with inquiries.
• Patrol interior and perimeter of resort to identify risks or undesirable conditions.
• Assist coworkers with job duties as needed.

Job description -

We are seeking a professional,proactive individual that is self-motivated and confident in making independentdecisions and to assist in ensuring the safety of all guests, owners and teammembers. The Courtesy/security agent will identify andreport incidents on and around the property. The security agent will work closelywith all departments to ensure the safety of employees and guests.

Job responsibilities :

• Maintains inspection reports and records, advisesmanagement of deficiencies
• Provides outstanding guest/owner service at all timesincluding answering general inquiries, providing directions, deliveringpackages/amenities
• Patrol of the interior and perimeter of resort to observeand identify. Potential security and safety risks or undesirableconditions.
• Other requests of management to help co- workers with theirjob duties

Requirements :
