Job summary

Crystal Springs Resort in Hamburg, NJ is seeking a Night Auditor for part-time front desk support, responsible for reconciling reports and handling guest interactions overnight.

You will troubleshoot guest requests, manage reservations, handle cash transactions, and stay informed about the resort and local area.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, professional, with strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task during late-night shifts (11pm–7am).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting any guest requests and concerns
• Reservations, including entering bookings into the computer, monitoring availability and taking reservation calls as needed
• Be responsible for all cash transactions and maintain a personal cash bank
• Keep abreast of all information regarding the resort and the surrounding area
