Job summary

Crystal Springs Resort in Hamburg, NJ, is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent for a part-time role. You will create a positive first impression for guests and assist with requests in a courteous, professional manner.

Responsibilities include checking guests in/out, handling billing inquiries, posting charges, managing reservations, and maintaining a cash bank. Overnight availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent in-person communication and interpersonal skills.

• Outgoing, friendly and organized.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Able to handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently.
• Overnight availability is a plus.
• Hotel front desk experience is preferred.
